Meet with Tawana for a live, virtual (online) 30 to 45-minute nutrition and/or health coaching session. During each session we will discuss your current healthy lifestyle challenges , strategize solutions, create and track manageable, realistic goals and empower you to achieve your desired results!
Customized Body Transformation Exercise Program Design

This option is for the experienced person who is disciplined, consistent and looking for a highly individualized short or long term exercise program designed based on your current fitness level and goals. You're a person who doesn't need much assistance and you're familiar with resistance training and/or strength & conditioning training.
Live Virtual Small Group Exercise Training

Get a friend or family member in on the fun and challenge of transforming your body, gaining strength and improving your overall health! Meet with Tawana for 45-minutes in a live, virtual (online) session for guided exercise instruction and demonstration. Small groups of up to 4 people only!
Live Virtual Small Group Nutrition Coaching

Small group nutrition coaching is ideal for friends or family who want to keep each other accountable and who feel comfortable sharing their challenges in the company of others. Meet with Tawana for a 45-minutes nutrition coaching session to create and track goals, strategize solutions to individual challenges and be empowered to be your best self!
